Aid for ISP

The goal of the first NOGUA 2024 conference is to unite the Ukrainian and international community around issues of aid to ISPs of Ukraine, whose networks have been damaged and continue to be destroyed as a result of Russian aggression. We strive to consolidate efforts to ensure the stability of communication, first of all, in the cities of the frontline territories
(Mykolaiv, Kherson, Zaporizhzhya, Donetsk, Kharkiv and Sumy regions).
Vote for grant

The organizing committee of NOGUA 2024, in order to achieve a common goal, strives to contribute to the aid for affected Internet providers. That is why 10% of each paid conference ticket will be sent to the relief fund.

Below is a list of grant candidates whose applications were accepted by the NOGUA organizing committee.Each participant who has paid their participation in the NOGUA 2024 conference will be able to cast their vote for the company they choose to send aid to. You can choose a company from the below list of Internet providers posted on the website. One participant can vote only once.

You can send your vote by filling out the form to 15:00 of June 5, 2024.

Votes from participants participating in NOGUA 2024 for free will not be counted.

The total amount of funds collected by the organizing committee will be distributed among the 5 Internet providers who will receive the most votes, and will be given in the form of certificates for the purchase of the necessary products for the restoration of networks.

The result of the distribution of grants and the presentation of certificates will take place during the official closing of the NOGUA 2024 conference on June 5, 2024.

We provided Internet service to 2600 households in Mykolaiv before the war and during the war to 2200.

The company survived the occupation. The company's property and warehouses were partly destroyed during the occupation. The company's office and one of our server rooms were some flooded and partially destroyed during the flood after the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station was blowned up. Ours engineers have been working under the constant shelling for two years. Kherson city centre and the coastal places near the Dnipro River are the main coverage areas. Hospitals, administrations, schools, banking institutions and units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are connected social subscribers.

We have been operating for over fifteen years. We have all the licences, including CISS. We provide services to over 150 critical infrastructure facilities. We have 18 employees, four of whom are mobilised. We cover about 40% of Sumy region and Novhorod-Siverska ATC in Chernihiv region. We service Bilopilska, Krasnopilska, Sumska, Richkivska, Vorozhbianska, Novhorod-Siverska ATCs near the border.

Description of damage:

We are a provider of electronic communications services that has been providing Internet access since 2010. Among other things, we provide Internet connectivity to settlements in the border area. Our company has been incurring significant costs related to the maintenance of the electronic communications network since the beginning of the large-scale invasion. Due to shelling by the Russian Federation, frequent damage to the main lines leads to regular additional investments in their restoration, which significantly increases in the cost side of the business.

Patalakha V.O. is a provider of electronic communication services. I provide services to residents of Chuhuiv district, Kharkiv region. After 24/02/2022, the company lost most of its subscribers and its communication lines were severely damaged. After the liberation of a part of the Kharkiv region, the company started restoration works and some subscribers returned. Due to significant material losses, I need financial support to restore the network.

LLC "ISTEK UKRAINE" is a provider of electronic communication services. The company operates in the following districts of Kharkiv region: Kharkiv District, Lozova District, Bohodukhiv District, Kupiansk District, Krasnohrad District, and Chuhuiv District. The main activity is the provision of telecommunications services to the population and legal entities. After the Russian Federation's invasion, activities were temporarily suspended in some parts of the Kharkiv region (occupied territories in Kharkiv District and Chuhuiv District). Following the de-occupation of parts of the Kharkiv region, work began on restoring networks and resuming internet access services in the de-occupied and frontline areas of the Kharkiv region, specifically in Kharkiv District, Lozova District, Bohodukhiv District, Kupiansk District, and Chuhuiv District. The company actively participates in providing services to enterprises and organizations in the social and budgetary sectors (schools, hospitals, kindergartens). We also provide services to regional military administrations and critical infrastructure facilities.

"Digicom is a Kherson-based communication operator that has been providing high-speed Internet access for over 21 years, even in the most remote corners of Kherson, Mykolaiv, Kirovohrad, and Cherkasy regions. We have not stopped for a single day since the beginning of the full-scale invasion - providing communication services, assisting the military, maintaining the network, and restoring what was destroyed and flooded. After the liberation of Kherson from the invaders, we launched a project to develop xPON in the city of Kherson."

LLC "INVEST TELECOM" is a provider of electronic communication services. The company began its operations on December 26, 2019. Services are provided in the following districts of the Kharkiv region: Kharkiv District, Lozova District, Kupiansk District, Krasnohrad District, and Chuhuiv District. Among the company's subscribers are mainly social infrastructure facilities (Centers for Administrative Services, schools, kindergartens, libraries, cultural centers, clinics, premises of village and settlement councils, etc.). Since February 24, 2022, due to the armed aggression of the Russian Federation, some settlements in Kharkiv and Kupiansk districts were occupied. After the liberation of these territories, work began on restoring the network.

"Since 2006, MAXNET has been operating in the field of information technology and telecommunications, providing the following services: Gigabit Internet, Television, SIP-telephony with city phone service and 0800 numbers, Data Center services, and other services for end-users, businesses, and government institutions. The company's mission is to promote the development of information technology for the benefit of humanity, making it as accessible and secure as possible. At the start of the war, 44 employees joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, left the company, or became displaced persons. Due to the hostilities, the number of clients was reduced by half, and the company's infrastructure suffered significant damage, which we are restoring at our own expense and with the support of partners (including the support of the NOG Alliance ""Keep Ukraine Connected"")."

The provider ONLINE offers internet access services to over 5,000 subscribers. We have been operating in the internet services market since 2005, and during this time, we have developed significantly, adopting the most modern technology, GPON. This technology allows subscribers to receive high-quality, high-speed, and energy-independent internet. Even under the extremely challenging conditions of occupation, we continued to operate and provide services to our subscribers. Now, despite daily shelling, our team bravely continues to do its job, optimizing and developing our network.

"LLC ""Sich-Infocom"" was established in 1998 and is one of the leading operators providing comprehensive telecommunications services in the Zaporizhzhia region. Currently, Sich-Infocom ensures the operation of critical government infrastructure, and provides services to international and governmental organizations, as well as the energy, financial, and private sectors. Due to the occupation of a significant part of the Zaporizhzhia region and constant shelling, Sich-Infocom has lost a large part of its customer base, equipment, and communication lines."

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the company YUNETCO has lost more than 80% of its subscribers due to the occupation of a significant part of the Zaporizhzhia region. Despite these challenging conditions, we continue to provide quality services to our subscribers in villages such as Omelnyk, Verkhnia Tersa, Vozdvyzhivka, Yehorivka, Novoselivka, and Magdalynivka.

Patriots of our work and our State. The first action we took on February 24, 2022, was to disable the billing of our services. Services were provided to EVERYONE for free! This allowed all users physically connected to our network to have access to information, digital television, alert systems, and to contact their loved ones. It enabled our users to stay connected and share intelligence about enemy movements.

We have been working in the market for 20 years. The first emergency restoration work took place in the village of Nikolaevka on February 27, 2022, after Russian tanks toppled power line supports. Reconstruction is carried out constantly, especially in the border 5 km zone. We will provide free communications to the military units of the Armed Forces. We believe in victory!

We are developing so that all residents of our region have access to such services as high-quality unlimited access to the Internet, Internet television and much more.”

The company has been in the Internet service market for more than 20 years. One of the very first began to provide services to remote settlements of the Zaporizhzhya region. We provide technology services. PON, Ethernet, Radio-Ethernet. Every day we have damage to infrastructure as a result of Russian shelling.
