Code of conduct

Dear participants of the NOGUA international conference! 
All Participants, Speakers, Partners, Guests and Sponsors must adhere to the code of conduct. The organizers will strictly monitor its implementation during the NOGUA 2024 conference (hereinafter referred to as the Conference) in order to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.

Safety measures:

  • During the Conference - from June 3 to 6, 2024 - it is strictly forbidden to post any photo or video materials from the locations of the Conference and to publish the address of NOGUA 2024 in social networks, information channels, other information resources.
  • Any photo and video materials from the Conference can be posted post-facto after the end of the event, namely from June 7, 2024.
  • During the Air Alarm the Participants must immediately go down to the bomb shelter located at the venue of the event.

Mutual respect:

  • During the Conference, participants must observe moral and ethical norms and appropriate behaviors.
  • Participants must not perform any actions towards other participants that degrade their personality (offensive comments about appearance, origin, religion, disability, gender identity, etc.).

Members who are asked to remedy the violation and/or cease any offending behavior must immediately agree and cease their actions.

If a participant violates this code of conduct, the conference organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning or expulsion from the conferencewithout refund.

Conference staff will be happy to assist attendees in contacting hotel/venue security or local law enforcement, escorting or otherwise supporting individuals who have been assaulted to ensure their safety during the Conference. We appreciate your participation.

We expect participants to adhere to these rules during Сonferences, evening programs, and conference-related social events.
